Decorative vase made of segmented rings of Bloodwood (Brazil) and Wenge (African). Bloodwood has a rich fast color with chatoyant grain. Wenge is the only wood i know of with dark brown /black color and strong distinctive grain. The vessel is finished, ( just as nice inside), with a friction polish of different waxes and shellac hardener. Dim. are 19’ ht. X 8” dia.
